Special Committee to Study Nominating Process Appointed
Unfortunately, committee membership wasn't confirmed until after yesterday's Update was published. We didn't want to hold this news until next week's edition since chapter delegates will receive this news later today.
As called for by Grand Convention resolution, Grand Council has appointed a special committee to study the nominating process. Thank you to the following who have agreed to serve on the committee:
- Alumnae Chapter Presidents: Anne Besser (Dallas), Ann Kloeppel (Nashville), and Jacqueline Wattigny (New Orleans)
- College Chapter CEOs: Elexa Clement (Gamma Epsilon), Mary Kate Harris (Theta Theta), and Carly Wolnitzek (Gamma Iota)
- Former Nominating Committee Members: Kristen Bruzzese (2018), Nikki Heyd (2014), and Katy Oldham (2010)
- Workforce Volunteers: Mary Jane Beach (FHC president) and Lisa Olney (sesquicentennial celebration volunteer)
- Chairman Carryl Krohne and Vice-Chairman Jenni Schmaltz
The committee plans to convene later this fall, giving students time to settle into classes and campus activities.
