ELC Training

The educational leadership consultants (ELCs) finished training last week and have officially hit the road! Thanks to the following workforce members who facilitated training sessions to help set up the ELCs for success.

ELC Report Changes

Changes have been made to the ELC report format. In the past, we had an external report meant for the chapter officers and an internal report meant for the workforce. Moving forward, there will only be one report which will use the previous external report format. Any information meant only for the workforce will be shared via email in the ELC’s departure email.

ELC reports will still be posted within one week of the visit via Igloo. The ELC will also include her departure email content in the comments section of the report for historical purposes. Thank you in advance for your continued engagement in reading the ELC reports and responding to issues as necessary.
