Workforce Opportunities

At the end of this calendar year, the alumnae district director (ADD) roles for Alumnae District VIII and Alumnae District IX will be vacant as Patti Flowers and Kendy Cusick-Rindone retire after reaching their 12-year term limit. If you are interested in the ADD role or know of someone who would be a good fit, please submit the Workforce Volunteer Interest Indicator, found under Forms on Theta Portal’s home page. If you have questions about the role and responsibilities, please contact Alumnae Committee Chair Jennah Jones or Director of Alumnae Engagement Liz Drake. 

2025 ThetaConnect Promoter Program

The 2025 ThetaConnect Promoter Program interest form is open! The ThetaConnect Promoter Program mobilizes ThetaConnect users who share a passion for the Theta community and are willing to help other members. Those who are selected will be asked to help grow ThetaConnect in any of the following ways: 

• Inviting new users,
• Posting engaging messages,
• Facilitating a group, and
• Posting on social media.

To apply, go to the ThetaConnect Promoter Interest Form event on the ThetaConnect Event Board. (Make sure you’re registered in ThetaConnect before applying!) 

The program will take place on ThetaConnect, where promoters will receive resources and tips throughout the program to help them succeed. Please direct any questions about the program to thetaconnect@kappaalphatheta.org and encourage any member you know to apply.
