Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) Recap
Kappa Alpha Theta held its fifth ELI this month at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. ELI aims to provide leadership education and development to undergraduate members. Using the relational leadership model, the curriculum focuses on increasing skill development and understanding leadership as a relational process. Almost 250 Thetas applied for 128 available spaces across two sessions of the Institute. The selected students represented 67 of our college chapters.
We would like to acknowledge and thank the facilitators and Theta volunteers who helped make #ThetaELI17 a success!

2016-17 expenses will be accepted until, but no later than, July 31. No exceptions to this deadline will be granted, as the Fraternity’s audit begins in August. Please submit your invoices in a timely manner. Also remember that, in accordance with the Fraternity’s travel policy, only expenses submitted within 90 days of expenditure will be reimbursed. If you have any questions, please contact your staff partner.
