Workforce Update
Risk Prevention Committee Chair Natalie Padron is pleased to share that the following members have been appointed as risk prevention specialists (RPSs) effective immediately:
- College District V - Alex Johnston, Theta Theta/NC State
- College District VIII - Lisa Kluthe, Beta Chi/Alberta
- College District IX - Paige Eidenschink, Gamma Nu/North Dakota State
- College District XI - Annie Evans, Beta/Indiana
- College District XV - Iman Naveed, Gamma Epsilon/Western
Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI)
ELI 2024 was a great success! ELI is a four-day leadership workshop for Thetas who identify as emerging in their leadership journey. Thank you to all of the Theta staff members and volunteers who help make this program possible. And a BIG thank you to Theta Foundation for their support of this program. Thank you to the onsite staff members who put so much time and energy into this program to ensure this is a wonderful event for members: Bonni Holloway, Lauren Bender, and Dianne Strauss. Thank you to the group of staff, volunteers, and friends of Theta who served as facilitators for ELI, coaching and guiding our participants through the curriculum: Christine Keylian, Marybeth Lilly, Sinclair Ard, Cierra St. Amour, Sydney Montgomery, Deleigha Hodges, Blaine Smith, and Tim Wilkinson.

Happy 4th Birthday ThetaConnect!
ThetaConnect users are creating a community where Theta alumnae and collegians support and stay connected with one another in both their personal and professional lives.
Alongside celebrating the platform’s 4th birthday, a brand and logo refresh has been unveiled. The four kites in ThetaConnect’s new logo nod back to the four founders who paved the way for all Thetas. Each founder is represented by a kite and, when joined together stylistically within the logo, a circle appears in the negative space, symbolizing togetherness of Thetas past, present, and future. We are proud to facilitate a platform where collegians and alumnae alike can come together to support and keep in touch with one another in all aspects of their lives. Whether you are reconnecting with a Theta from your time as a collegian, looking for an internship in the present, or searching for a Theta mentor to help better your future, we hope that ThetaConnect continues to be a place for all Thetas to come together and connect.
