As you saw last week, Theta Foundation’s 8^th Annual Giving Tuesday is on Dec. 1, 2020! It is not too late to sign up to be an ambassador and share the mission of Theta Foundation with your social media networks. Do not forget to check out the special Theta items that ambassadors can receive when they reach a certain fundraising goal! We are excited to share the special edition sesquicentennial Giving Tuesday pansy pin. This uniquely designed pin is available to those who give $150 or more!  

You can still update your email signature to help promote Giving Tuesday! Please keep the email signature active through Dec. 2, 2020 and switch back to the sesquicentennial Theta signature after. Here are the instructions on how to update your email signature. Thank you for your support!

Government Relations

The Fraternity and Sorority Political Action Committee (FSPAC) is pleased to offer a report that summarizes the success of the FSPAC's political contributions for the 2020 election cycle that concluded with the Nov. 3, 2020 election.

There is one new Theta member of Congress, Beth Van Duyne, Iota/Cornell, who will serve in the House of Representatives for TX-24. Thanks to those who have contributed to this effort and helped the FSPAC celebrate 15 years of defending and enhancing the fraternity and sorority experience.

• Cheryl Phillips, college district director(CDD) in College District VIII, is away from her Theta desk. Please email any items needing immediate attention to College Committee Chairman Laura Locke.
• Brittany Ela, recruitment and Panhellenic district director (RPDD) in College District II, is away from her Theta desk until Monday, Nov. 30. Please email any recruitment and Panhellenic issues for those chapters to Assistant Director of Collegiate Services Brittany Booth.

Headquarters Holiday Closing

The Fraternity, Theta Foundation, and Fraternity Housing Corporation offices will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 25, through Friday, Nov. 27, in recognition of the (U.S.) Thanksgiving Day holiday.
