Our new educational leadership consultant (ELC) team was onboarded this summer and has started chapter visits. You may recall, in 2021, the ELC program was changed to meet the needs of our chapters. ELC visits are customized to each chapter based on their needs, desires, and goals for the year. ELCs provide general education and leadership development to provide skills to individual members and officers to help them meet their goals. This program is very generously supported by Theta Foundation and, as a result, chapters do not have to pay to receive a visit. We are proud to offer this to all chapters, no matter their financial situation.
We are thrilled to welcome three new staff members to the ELC role this year. As their visit dates are finalized and confirmed, they will be added to the Theta Calendar in Igloo. In addition to the ELCs, Bonni Holloway, assistant director of education & leadership, will make a few visits and those will also be shared on the Theta Calendar as they are confirmed.
The new ELC team is as follows:
Questions about the ELC program or education & leadership visits can be directed to Director of Education and Leadership Melissa Shaub.
