In case you haven’t heard, Theta Foundation’s 2026 Scholarship Application is now available on the Theta website! The application window is already about halfway through. The deadline for applications and recommendation forms is Wednesday, March 4 at 6:00 p.m. EST.
Theta Foundation is proud to support collegians and alumnae pursuing undergraduate and graduate/professional study with more than $1 million in scholarship funding each year. While many scholarships are available, applicants only need to submit the general application to be considered for any scholarship they may qualify for.
To get started, please visit Theta’s website. You’ll find a link to the application and helpful resources, including our 2026 Scholarship Application Guide. Contact Theta Foundation with questions.
College officer and advisor training courses for 2026 are available in Theta's Learning Management System (LMS). Both of these groups have general training courses (one for college officers and two for advisors). A Theta-specific training course based on the officer position is available to college officers and advisors. These courses, first announced in late November 2025, are due to be completed March 31, 2026. If you work with college officers or advisors, please encourage participation in this online training. Please contact Director of Education and Leadership Melissa Shaub if you need any reports. If anyone needs help locating Theta's LMS, please use this video as a guide.
Risk prevention specialists in Districts II, VI, and XV are no longer serving in their roles. We're so grateful for Iman Naveed and Rachel Mackey for their years of service to the committee. District VI is vacant due to Macy Norman's shift to the risk prevention committee chair role. Macy Norman (committee chair) and Collegiate Development Director Emma Gibson (staff partner) will provide interim support to these districts until they are filled. If you or someone you know might be interested in this role, please contact riskchair@kappaalphatheta.org.
