The 2026 Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) started last week! This is a cohort-based program for third- and fourth-year students looking to incorporate the foundations of personal strengths and leadership with an emphasis on career development and networking into their continued growth and development plan as they prepare for life after college.
Throughout the program, students participate in live and asynchronous activities including group Zoom sessions, discussions posts, learning modules, one-on-one coaching sessions, assigned reading, and career skill building challenges.
This program is available to members at no cost thanks to the generous support of Theta Foundation.
