Amy Kates Update -- July 9
Dear Friends,
I’m sorry to share the news that Amy passed away this afternoon. She took a bad turn late last night, and was taken off life support earlier today. Services will be in New Orleans, probably late this week. Official notice from Kappa Alpha Theta will be distributed Monday. Please hold any social media outreach until then. Thanks very much.

A devestating loss. There are simply no words to express the profound sorrow and loss this news brings. May love and strength enfold her family, friends, and all of us who were lucky enough to call her sister.
This is heartbreaking news. I'm holding her, her family, you, and all who knew her in my heart today.
