Supporting Pansy Patch in Your Email Signature
It is May, which means there are only weeks remaining to purchase pansies in time for them to be included on the displays at Grand Convention. You can help support Pansy Patch in a few simple ways, including through your email signature!
Happy May! In support of Pansy Patch Week (May 7-12), we welcome you to update your email signature to include the Pansy Patch logo and a call to action. For anyone who chooses to make this update, it can be used today through May 13. You can change your signature back to the default template on Monday morning, May 14.
Please see the attachment for full instructions on how to do this in Outlook. If you are already familiar with how to update your email signature, the Pansy Patch template is at the bottom of page 2!
What is Pansy Patch Week?
The purpose of Pansy Patch Week is to encourage donations prior to our Grand Convention print deadline. To be sure your honorees' names will be included in the Pansy Patch display in Orlando, all donations must be received by May 12. Pansy Patch Week is also a time to inspire activity with our biggest Power Pansy Challenge of the spring and highlight special Theta relationships. You will receive more information on Friday about what to look for next week as well as how to help!

I have updated the post to include requested instructions for Gmail accounts, as well as the Pansy Patch logo!
Betsy Harootyan, I noticed that as well when I was working through the Gmail signature. Try sending yourself (or me! jslaton@kappaalphatheta.org) a test email to see if it works. I am pretty sure the image sends in a message but doesn't show when your email is in composition/draft mode.
Hi Jami:
I've tried several times to copy the signature, but the pansy patch logo at the end comes out as either a blank box (as below) or the symbol for an image.
Is it because I'm using GMAIL on a Mac?

Hello again! I have updated the Gmail file to improve the functionality of the logo. If you are in Gmail, you can click the "insert image" button and use this URL: https://www.kappaalphatheta.org/img/pansypatch.jpg. The image will come through large, so you can select to resize it to "medium." I hope this is helpful!!
