Year-End and Expense Reports 

The Fraternity’s 2019-20 fiscal year ends June 30. Because some of your expenses may be for the 2020-21 fiscal year, please note on your submitted expenses if they are for the 2019-20 or 2020-21 fiscal year.

2019-20 expenses will be accepted until, but no later than, July 31. No exceptions to this deadline will be granted, as the Fraternity’s audit begins in August. Please submit your invoices in a timely manner. Also remember that, in accordance with the Fraternity’s travel policy, only expenses submitted within 90 days of expenditure will be reimbursed. If you have any questions, please contact your staff partner.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Institute

Throughout the year we have been posting access to recorded webinars about diversity, equity, and inclusion. These webinars are hosted for all National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) group staff and volunteers. The year was supposed to end with an in-person institute for 1-2 representatives from any NPC organization who could attend. Unfortunately, the in-person institute was unable to take place. However, they hosted virtual sessions earlier in May. All sessions were recorded and are posted to this Dropbox folder for any NPC organization to access. In addition to the recordings from each day (there were three days), you can access other resources mentioned by the facilitators.
