#GivingTuesday Update
Thanks to the incredible support of Theta’s workforce, #GivingTuesday was a huge success! More than $111,500 was raised in just 24 hours, and gifts have continued to come in over the past week. Here are some fun facts about #GivingTuesday 2017.

A few members of the workforce have been contacted by alumnae wondering about the status of Delta Theta/Florida in the wake of allegations of hazing and racism at the chapter earlier this semester. Volunteers and staff continue to investigate the allegations, and details of that investigation are confidential. A team of staff and volunteers will visit the chapter over the weekend of January 19.
At its meeting yesterday afternoon Grand Council took the following action:
* Approved the move of Delta Zeta/Emory and Epsilon Mu/Princeton to the FHC;
* Received and adopted the auditor's report and tax filings for the year ending 6/3/17;
* Considered alumnae and college district director appointments; and
* Approved the appointment of 2018 nominating committee leadership -- Chairman Carryl Krohne and Vice-Chairman Katie Busby.
