A1. Optimize the member experience. 

• The first year of the undergraduate longitudinal assessment survey closed last month. We are awaiting the data results in order to finalize future tactics.
• We are revising a values-based recruitment workshop and developing follow-up materials using feedback gathered in two pilot presentations this spring.
