Several schools hosted anti-hazing programming in recognition of National Hazing Prevention Week, Sept. 23 – 27. The Reveille reported that LSU Greek Life hosted programming that included the parents of Max Gruver, a fraternity new member at Louisiana State University who died from hazing in 2017, and the mother of Timothy Piazza, who died on his first night of pledging at Penn State in 2017.
