A trial date has been set for 21 members of Penn State’s Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, after the death of new member Tim Piazza last year. The defendants are accused of hazing, reckless endangerment, and other charges. Some tips to avoid phishing scams:

A lawsuit for injunctive relief has been filed against the University of Southern California based on claims that the University's policy requiring students participating in fraternity and sorority recruitment have at least 12 units of undergraduate coursework is an overreach.
